Can I Get Points for Past Purchases?
We launched our rewards program on January 1, 2022! Any orders placed on or after that launch date will count toward your points balance.
When Are My Points Applied?
We apply your points once your order ships! Also, points can appear as pending for certain activities, after the specified pending period passes, they're available for redemption.
Do My Points Expire?
Your points will expire after 1 year so make sure to use them within 12 months of receiving them!
What Happens to My Points if I Make a Return?
If points were redeemed on an item that’s returned, those points will be added back into your account. If points were earned on an item that’s returned, those points will be deducted from your account.
